When purchasing an item, you agree that:
(I) you are responsible for knowing what item you are purchasing
or asking the store staff before committing to buy it.
(II) You enter into a binding contract to purchase an item when
you commit to purchase an item, add it to your cart, and
complete the checkout process.
In the event that a product is for immediate shipping but
another product in the order has a waiting time (that is,
processing time by the artisan), the shipment will be made until
the entire order is complete in its entirety to make a single
shipment (only one shipping).
When the buyer omits to check if their order has a waiting time
in one (or multiple) of their products; they will have to wait
for the last product to be ready.
If they do not want to wait and prefer to CANCEL THE PRODUCT ON
HOLD, it may be possible ONLY with a commission charge of 6% of
the partially refunded amount and not having passed more than
48 hours (based on current cancellation policies).
We do not accept Total cancellations due to this omission.
*If the buyer wants to divide the order and pay an extra
shipment in any case, it is possible, only having received a
written request in any of our means of contact and paying that
extra charge before making the first shipment*
The prices we charge for our products include national taxes
and are indicated on the website. We reserve the right to change
our prices without notice for the products displayed at any
time, and to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

(during check out, before the payment section).
National shipments (within the Mexican Republic) are Free,
however if the buyer wants to select a specific shipping
method, the difference in costs (if any) will be requested in
order to guarantee said service. Our free shipments are
made (but it is not limited only to these) mostly with the
following companies: J&T Express, 99minutos and Fedex, among
others.
If for any reason the shipped package is returned to our
distribution center, we will contact the buyer to redo the
shipment; either by the same shipping company that was
initially sent or another at the buyer's choice. This
"reshipping" cost is again borne by the buyer.
*Note: If we do not receive a response or instructions from
the buyer to make the shipment again (we will contact you a
maximum of 3 times in all available means), we will store
your package free of charge for up to 3 months (natural days);
After this time, the storage will have an additional cost of
0.1 pesos (10 cents of Mexican pesos per day) for up to 6
months. After 6 (calendar) months, the product will be
auctioned or arranged as best is convenient and cannot be
claimed, the money collected (minus taxes and card commisions)
for this situation will be donated equally among the artisans
who have a catalog at Origen Etnico.
